Candidate slate for 13 October 2015 12SNA Board elections

Election will be held at the Sevier Park Community Center on Tuesday October 13, 2015. Doors will be open to vote between 5:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. There will be a brief candidate introduction beginning at 6:00 pm.• To vote, you must be a member in good standing. Those wishing to check their membership status may do so at the meeting, and anyone who needs to join or renew may do so before voting. Dues are $10, $5 for those over 65. You may pay with cash, check, or credit card.

Welcome to the 12South Neighborhood
The Association’s purpose is to promote the common welfare of all residents of the area commonly known as the 12South Neighborhood, in cooperation with the area businesses, charitable, religious, and governmental institutions. This goal is achieved by addressing and educating residents on civic issues such as conservation, historic preservation, appropriate development, zoning and codes compliance; as well as promoting sustainable neighborhood characteristics and values such as community, friendship, beautification, public safety, environmental awareness.
The Association achieved a non-profit status in 2005, and is governed by an executive committee comprised of 12South residents, with the common goal of service to their neighbors to create a safe, happy, and sustainable neighborhood.
12South is the up-and-coming place to live and socialize.
