The 12South Neighborhood Association Board of Directors has constructed a survey to gather feedback from 12South residents about issues in the neighborhood. The link below will take you to the survey. It should only take a few moments and we would appreciate your participation.
The newest issue of the 12South NA newsletter should appear in the next week or so, and it will have a hard copy of the survey in it should anyone prefer to respond that way. You may complete the survey form and drop it off before February 28, 2015 at The Filling Station at 1118 Halcyon Avenue or you can call Paula Foster at 615-294-1319 to arrange for someone to pick up the survey directly from you.
