Next Monday (Jan 28th), the property owners at 2214 12th Ave South will be hosting a meeting to go over their plans for re-development of the site known as the Tabernacle Baptist Church (2206, 2208, 2212, 2214, 2218, and 2220 12th Ave South). It will be held at the Midtown Hills Police Precinct at 6:00 PM. This will be a significant and visible change in the neighborhood and we encourage you to attend. Map of the site below.
