There is a community meeting on Monday, June 13th at 6 p.m. at Midtown Hills Precinct to discuss two proposed re-zonings: one for the bodega at 2115 10th Ave S to expand the current building, and one at the corner of 12th Ave S and S. Douglas Ave to permit four residential units. Neither rezoning application has been filed yet.
