The 6th Annual Halloween Parade will take place on Friday, October 31, 2025. The 900 Blocks of Halcyon Ave and Montrose Ave will close to host a costume parade led by the Half Brass band. The parade lineup begins at 6pm on the corner of Halcyon Ave at 9th Ave. The streets will be closed at 5:30pm and remain closed until 9pm. Parking is Prohibited on these streets unless prior arrangements have been made with MNPD.
